We want you to be happy with Wattonomy. Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are issued through Paddle.
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Email support@wattonomy.app from your account email and we will arrange it through Paddle — no lengthy questions.
Pro plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Beyond the initial 14-day window, monthly payments already taken are generally non-refundable, but you keep access for the period you paid for.
One-time purchases are refundable within 14 days, provided the deliverable has not already been downloaded or substantially used. Once you have exported the unlocked build documents, the purchase is considered used.
The free designer costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Email support@wattonomy.app from the email on your account, with your purchase details. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law (for example, EU/UK distance-selling and consumer rights). Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
