We want you to be happy with Wattonomy. Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are issued through Paddle.
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Email support@wattonomy.app from your account email and we will arrange it through Paddle — no lengthy questions.
Pro plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Beyond the initial 14-day window, monthly payments already taken are generally non-refundable, but you keep access for the period you paid for.
Build Pass and Builder are digital content delivered immediately. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase; that right ends once delivery of digital content has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement, which is why the checkout page asks you to confirm this before you pay. Independently of that, our own 14-day goodwill refund still applies: if you have not exported the unlocked build documents, email us within 14 days and we will refund in full. Once the documents have been exported, the purchase is considered used and a refund is at our discretion.
The free designer costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Email support@wattonomy.app from the email on your account, with your purchase details. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Because Paddle is the seller of record you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using the details on your receipt; Paddle may grant a refund under its own buyer terms. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the paid features it unlocked are removed from your account.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law (for example, EU/UK distance-selling and consumer rights). Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
