Wattonomy ("Wattonomy", "we", "us", "our") provides an online tool for designing off-grid, marine and recreational-vehicle electrical systems and generating related documents. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wattonomy website, app and services (the "Service"). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Wattonomy sizes electrical systems and produces wiring diagrams, parts lists, build packs and client proposals from the information you provide, applying recognized standards (such as ABYC E-11, ISO 13297, BS 7671 and AS/NZS). The Service is a design and information aid. It is not a substitute for professional engineering, certification or inspection. You are responsible for verifying every design with a suitably qualified person, and for compliance with all applicable codes and regulations, before procuring, installing or energizing any system. Electrical work carries a risk of fire, injury and death; you assume full responsibility for how you use the outputs.
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and at least 16.
Wattonomy offers a free tier and paid options, including monthly Pro subscriptions and one-time unlocks. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases — Paddle is the seller of record and handles billing, currency and applicable taxes, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; access it by unauthorized means; reverse engineer, scrape or copy the engine, data or software; resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs except as permitted by your plan; or use the Service unlawfully or to create unsafe systems for others without the proper qualifications.
We own the Service, including its software, design engine, content and brand. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with your plan. You retain ownership of the inputs you enter and the specific design outputs generated for you, and you are responsible for how you use them. Standards such as ABYC and ISO are the property of their respective bodies; we apply their published methods and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that outputs are error-free or suitable for your specific installation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wattonomy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the design, procurement, installation, use or failure of any electrical system, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or others.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts there will have jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights or a different forum.
